DIXIE R ARKANSAS 1995 – this is genuine 25 year old Arkansas passenger car license plate was originally personalized for someone. The colour of this AR car tag is white, red and blue, at the top is the state name of Arkansas, on the left is the month sticker (3 = March) and on the right the yearly 95 sticker. At the bottom of is the state slogan “The Natural State”.

DESIGN: Embossed blue serial on reflective white plate; red band screened at top containing “Arkansas” in white in the center
SLOGAN: “The Natural State” screened in red centered at bottom
SERIAL FORMAT: ABC 123
SERIALS ISSUED: POR 001 to approximately ZWO 999
Standard format plates were 3 Numeric and 3 Alpha characters, but this plate has the characters DIXIE R indicating it was especially made for someone
